Details
"Pilates Movement" is the most important exercise for Hollywood, Korean stars and supermodels. Focus on core muscle stability and coordination training, let the strength flow from the inside to the limbs, and make your muscles slimmer, stronger and softer. While thinning your belly, it helps you correct your daily poor posture and have a healthy and beautiful body.
Week 1: Starting with the simplest and easiest-to-use movements, we use the slowest speed for each movement to feel and be familiar with the activation and control of the core muscles
The second week: the same speed as the first week, except for the hips, legs and abdominal muscles, add back muscle training exercises, so that our posture will gradually improve
The third week: focus on deep core training, reduce the number of movements in each group, and increase the time of staying in the air, so that students can strengthen muscle control within the range of strength that can be completed, and at the same time increase strength.
The fourth week: use the same training method as last week, increase the muscles of the hips, legs and back, use the movements of multiple joints and muscles at the same time, learn to integrate and control the body, and achieve the effect of improving the overall sports performance
