Yang flow makes the body move and be full of energy. Yin yoga allows the body to settle down and nourishes the mind and body. The one-hour class allows us to exercise and relax together.
A yoga class that combines half movement and half stillness. Yang flow includes standing posture balance, flow series exercises, and the latter part of yin yoga soothes the body and mind and slows down the breathing rhythm, so that we can have a different physical experience on Saturday afternoon.
